This desk tracks compounds whose evidence base changes while the page sits still. A Phase 3 result reads out, a regulator acts, a replication fails, a trial registry updates — and a sentence that was accurate last quarter quietly stops being accurate. Notes that catch that drift are the most useful correspondence peptideradar receives, and each one is read.

The messages easiest to act on name three things: the page, the exact sentence in question, and the source that contradicts or updates it — with a persistent identifier wherever one exists. In that form a proposed change can be verified against the primary literature before anything is rewritten. Reports of a mismatch between a claim here and the paper it cites are treated as the highest priority, because that is the one failure mode this site cannot tolerate.

Outside this desk's scope

So that no message waits on a reply that is not coming, a few requests fall outside what an independent literature digest can answer:

• Whether any compound described here is appropriate for a particular person.
• A dose, schedule, route, or reconstitution or handling procedure for any compound.
• An interpretation of how a cited trial result applies to an individual's own situation.
• Sourcing, supplier evaluation, product recommendations or purchasing help of any kind.
• Guidance for athletes under anti-doping rules; MOTS-c in particular is treated as prohibited in elite sport, and eligibility questions belong with the relevant anti-doping authority.
